A Certain Magical Index III : Season 3 - Blu-ray

The world is fracturing. The cold war between Academy City and the magical organizations of the world has escalated into open conflict, and the true identity of DRAGON — one of Academy City's most guarded secrets — spells catastrophic consequences for everyone who learns it. Toma Kamijo continues navigating a world where his right hand, the Imagine Breaker, makes him a uniquely disruptive element in both the magical and scientific power structures. Accelerator, the most powerful esper, is forced into deeper involvement with the shadowy organization GROUP as Last Order's life hangs in the balance. Hamazura Shiage — a low-level delinquent with no powers — finds himself entangled in conflicts that would destroy any normal person, and survives through sheer stubbornness.

All three storylines converge as World War III erupts between Academy City and Russia, with every faction of the Church, the science side, and Fiamma of the Right driving toward a final reckoning in the Russian wilderness. 

A Certain Magical Index III is a 26-episode third season produced by J.C. Staff, directed by Nobuharu Kamanaka, and adapting the later volumes of Kazuma Kamachi's light novel series — specifically the Academy City Invasion arc, the Document of Constantine arc, and the World War III arc that brings the original light novel series to its climax.
