This is Godzilla in matcha green, a nod to the powdered green tea behind so many Japanese sweets and souvenirs. It makes you think of the film’s climax, when the monster is lured out into Sagami Bay and everything depends on one carefully planned strike. The tinted vinyl keeps the sculpt’s rough skin texture and jagged dorsal fins. It’s part of Bandai’s Japan Godzilla series, which dresses the monster in colors tied to Japanese culture and scenery.
Godzilla first appeared in Toho’s 1954 film Godzilla, directed by Ishiro Honda. In it, a prehistoric creature awakened by nuclear testing attacks Japan, and the character became the symbol of atomic fear that has run through the franchise ever since. Godzilla Minus One (2023), directed by Takashi Yamazaki, is the 30th Godzilla film and went back to those roots. It takes place in the ruins of Japan right after World War II, where a former kamikaze pilot, Shikishima, and a group of civilian survivors face a Godzilla made far more terrifying by the country’s exhaustion. The film won the Academy Award for Best Visual Effects.

Vinyl records are almost always shipped in wide whiplash mailers with a cardboard insert and a sheet of bubble. Opened/Pre-owned records are tested before shipment to insure good quality. Small corner dings on the record jacket are not allowed for exchanges.
Cassette tapes & CD's are shipped in bubble mailers.
Hats, toys, and figures are shipped in boxes.
Clothing are shipped in poly mailers.
