Rilakkuma is a Japanese teddy bear character created by stationery company San-X in 2003. He also stars in the Netflix series Rilakkuma and Kaoru (2019), along with his friend Kaoru, and a supporting cast of other friends and characters.
Rilakkuma appears one day in the apartment of a female office worker named Kaoru, who only appears as a silhouette. He spends every day relaxing. The zipper on his back reveals that his appearance is a costume, and his true form is unknown.
Korilakkuma (コリラックマ; lit. "Little relaxing bear") is a white bear like Rilakkuma, it appeared in Kaoru's apartment one day and was named by Kiiroitori. It has a red button on its chest and does not appear to be a real bear. It has a mischievous personality and loves pranks.
Kiiroitori (キイロイトリ; lit. "Yellow bird") is Kaoru's pet yellow bird. He can leave his cage at any time and takes care of both "bears".
Chairoikoguma (チャイロイコグマ; lit. "Brown little bear") is a brown honey bear. Korilakkuma finds it one day in the forest and befriends it.

Vinyl records are almost always shipped in wide whiplash mailers with a cardboard insert and a sheet of bubble. Opened/Pre-owned records are tested before shipment to insure good quality. Small corner dings on the record jacket are not allowed for exchanges.
Cassette tapes & CD's are shipped in bubble mailers.
Hats, toys, and figures are shipped in boxes.
Clothing are shipped in poly mailers.
