From the 2023 anime series Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Swordsman Romantic Story comes Himura Kenshin as part of Tamashii Nations' S.H.Figuarts action figure line, sculpted under the direct supervision of original manga author Nobuhiro Watsuki. The wandering swordsman is loaded with accessories for recreating his most iconic poses and scenes: four interchangeable face plates, both forms of his sakabato reverse-blade sword, and an optional belt. Best displayed alongside the matching S.H.Figuarts Hajime Saito and Aoshi Shinomori for the complete set.
Rurouni Kenshin is a beloved manga series written and illustrated by Nobuhiro Watsuki, serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from 1994 to 1999 and adapted into multiple anime series. The series follows Himura Kenshin, a legendary former assassin known as Hitokiri Battosai who has sworn never to kill again, as he wanders Meiji-era Japan wielding a reverse-blade sword and protecting those in need. A new anime adaptation by LIDENFILMS premiered in 2023, introducing the classic story to a new generation with updated animation.
