Case Closed — known in Japan as Detective Conan — is one of the longest-running anime series ever made, airing continuously since January 1996 and surpassing 1,100 episodes. Based on Gosho Aoyama's manga serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday, it is produced by TMS Entertainment and directed by Kenji Kodama and Yasuichiro Yamamoto. 

FUNimation dubbed all of Seasons 1 through 4 and half of Season 5, totaling 123 episodes, before ceasing dub production around 2009.
