Young orphan Pazu encounters a mysterious girl named Sheeta, who possesses a glowing crystal sought after by pirates, secret agents, and a shadowy military regime. As they flee across airships and forgotten mines, the two uncover the legend of Laputa, a long-lost floating city powered by ancient technology.

Their journey becomes a race to protect Laputa’s secrets from those who would exploit its power, leading to an unforgettable adventure filled with wonder, danger, and discovery.

A timeless fantasy from Studio Ghibli, Castle in the Sky blends heart, imagination, and epic world-building into one of animation’s most beloved classics.
