Ten months have passed since the climactic battle against Frieza on Planet Namek, and the world is at peace while Goku remains lost in space. However, a terrible evil breaks tranquility when Garlic Junior escapes from the Dead Zone, releasing the Black Water Mist to subjugate humanity. The surviving Z-Fighters must rally to defend the planet, but an even greater threat looms on the horizon.
