When Itsuki Toyatomi transferred to Ebisugawa Public High School, he had one simple goal: join the astronomy club and gaze at the stars. Instead, he finds himself lured into the "Tenmonbu"—a club that sounds like astronomy but is actually populated by a group of girls whose interests lean far more toward otaku culture, fan-service, and absurd parodies than celestial bodies.
Stripped of his expectations (and occasionally his dignity), Itsuki is forced to navigate the chaotic whims of his new clubmates, including the sharp-tongued Kyoko and the fan-fiction-obsessed Hakata. From magical girl transformations to over-the-top tributes to classic anime tropes, Ebiten is a self-aware, high-energy comedy that proves the stars are the last thing anyone is looking at when the Tenmonbu is in session.
