Final Fantasy XII is a sweeping high-fantasy RPG set in the world of Ivalice, blending political intrigue, war between empires, and deeply personal character arcs. The story follows Vaan, a young street orphan caught in the struggle between the Archadian Empire and the kingdom of Dalmasca. Alongside Princess Ashe, sky pirate Balthier, Fran, Basch, and Penelo, players navigate a world defined by shifting alliances and large-scale conflict.
Final Fantasy XII is set in Ivalice, a fantasy world that also served as a setting for Final Fantasy Tactics.
