Fortune Street for the Nintendo Wii is a board game from Square Enix that crosses the Mario and Dragon Quest universes into a single, surprisingly deep property and stock market simulation. Known in Japan as Itadaki Street Wii, the game brings together characters like Mario, Bowser, Donkey Kong, and Wario from the Mario series alongside Slime, Alena, Jessica, and Dragonlord from Dragon Quest to compete across themed game boards for financial dominance. It was the first game in Square Enix's long-running Itadaki Street series to receive an official release outside Japan.

The gameplay resembles Monopoly in structure but adds a working stock market that changes the strategic calculus considerably. Players roll dice, move around the board, and buy properties in color-coded districts, but shop values are tied to how many properties a player holds in each district and how those stocks are trading. Collecting all four suit symbols on the board and visiting the bank triggers a promotion that pays out based on stock holdings, rewarding long-term investment planning as much as property accumulation. Two rule sets are available: Easy Rules streamline the experience for quicker sessions, while Standard Rules add the full stock market depth intended by the designers. Up to four players compete locally, and Mii characters are available as a playable option alongside the franchise characters.
