Keita Amano is a perfectly ordinary high schooler with a perfectly ordinary hobby: he loves video games. However, unlike the "pro gamers" who play for rank and glory, Keita is content just to enjoy the experience. His quiet life is suddenly upended when the school’s most beautiful girl—and resident gaming idol—Karen Tendo, invites him to join the Gaming Club. It sounds like a dream come true, but when Keita turns her down because the club is too competitive, he sets off a catastrophic chain reaction of misunderstandings.
What follows is a chaotic comedy of errors where five students, all with different perspectives on what it means to be a "gamer," become entangled in a web of romantic confusion. From Aguri’s attempts to help her boyfriend look cooler to Tasuku’s struggle to bridge the gap between his social life and his secret gaming past, every conversation is a tactical minefield. In this world, the biggest battles aren't fought on a screen, but in the hilariously misinterpreted signals between friends.
