After Iczer 1, the first “Iczer” type gynoid created by the alien Cthulhu, is seriously injured in a battle against Neos Gold, her builder, known as Sister Grey, sends Iczer 3 to Earth in place of her big sister to defend the planet from the invaders. The human homeland is the next target for Neos Gold’s forces, who still have a score to settle with Iczer 1. The malevolent artificial life form simultaneously commissions its four strongest generals to wipe out any resistance there.

As Iczer 1 is still unable to fight after the fatal stand-off with Neos Gold, it is now up to the inexperienced Iczer 3 and her fourteen-year-old human partner Nagisa Kasumi to stop the forces of evil and save humanity from the intergalactic threat.

As battles escalate and loyalties are tested, Iczer-3 is drawn into a violent clash that pits her against both monstrous enemies and rival Iczers.
