The Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Limited Edition DualSense Wireless Controller is Sony's official PS5 controller released alongside Insomniac Games' 2023 sequel. The design is split between two of the game's playable protagonists: the left side is matte black with a white spider emblem representing Peter Parker's classic black suit, while the right side transitions to deep red with a web-like texture representing Miles Morales's suit. The blue light bar running along the center represents the electrical energy of Miles's Venom powers. The design was created in collaboration with Insomniac Games to directly reflect the game's visual and narrative themes.
Functionally identical to the standard PS5 DualSense controller, this Limited Edition version includes all of the same features: adaptive triggers with variable resistance, haptic feedback motors that simulate texture and impact, a built-in microphone, 3.5mm headset jack, built-in speaker, USB-C charging, and a Create button for screenshots and video capture. Bluetooth wireless with approximately 12 hours of battery life per charge. Compatible with all PS5 games.
Released in September 2023 alongside Marvel's Spider-Man 2. The game itself is sold separately.
