Sunako Nakahara was a normal teenage girl until her middle school crush brutally rejected her, calling her "ugly." Traumatized by the rejection, Sunako flees from society, embracing everything dark, morbid, and gothic—surrounding herself with anatomical mannequins, horror movies, and skull decor while hiding behind a long fringe and oversized clothes. Desperate to help her niece re-enter society, Sunako's wealthy landlady aunt strikes a deal with four drop-dead gorgeous high school boys renting her mansion: transform Sunako into a proper, refined "lady," and they can live in the mansion rent-free. If they fail, their rent quadruples! However, turning a horror-obsessed, nosebleed-prone recluse into a high-fashion debutante proves far more chaotic than Kyohei, Takenaga, Yukinojo, and Ranmaru ever bargained for.
