The DELTARUNE Chapter 4 soundtrack collects 40 songs from Toby Fox's score for the fourth chapter of the game, spanning the dark world's sanctuaries, battle themes, and quieter hometown pieces like "Another day in hometown" and "Fireplace." Tracks such as "Knock You Down!! (Rhythm Ver.)," "Hammer of Justice," and "Concert for you" show the range of the chapter's music, from funk and big band to piano and atmospheric ambience.

This is the 2LP vinyl edition pressed on two marbled discs, one in Dark Sanctuary Blue and one in 2nd Sanctuary Purple. The cover and printed inner sleeve feature artwork by ADE, who also illustrated the covers for the Chapter 1, Chapter 2, and Chapter 3 vinyl releases. Each copy includes a bonus Jackenstein sticker, about 89 mm tall.
